Longer builds · end-to-end delivery
Software
Custom platforms and operational systems built for the way your business actually works, from scoping through to deployment.
What it is
When off-the-shelf tools don't fit, we build from scratch. We scope the problem, design the system, build it, and deploy it. These engagements run weeks to months. The outcome is something built specifically for how you operate, not how a generic product assumes you do. New and scaling businesses get software that can grow with them; established ones get systems that reflect how they actually run.

Common questions
- How much does a custom software project cost?
- Custom builds vary widely with scope, so we do not quote a number blind. We start with a paid scoping engagement to pin down what you actually need, then give you a fixed price and plan before any build commitment. You decide whether to proceed with full visibility on cost.
- How long does a build take?
- Software engagements typically run weeks to months depending on scope. We break the work into stages so you see something working early rather than waiting until the end, and we agree milestones up front.
- Why build custom instead of using off-the-shelf software?
- Off-the-shelf is the right call when it fits. We build custom when it does not: when you are stitching together spreadsheets and workarounds, paying for features you do not use, or bending your process to fit a generic product. Custom software reflects how you actually operate and can grow with you.
- Who owns the code and the IP?
- You do. We build it, hand it over, and leave you owning the intellectual property outright. You are not renting your own software back from us.
- Will it integrate with our existing systems?
- Yes. Most builds connect to tools you already run, whether that is accounting, CRM, job management, or supplier systems. We design the software to fit into your stack rather than replace everything at once.
- What happens after launch?
- The system is yours to run. We hand over documentation and direct access to the engineers who built it. If you want ongoing changes or support we can arrange that, but there is no forced retainer and no dependency on us to keep it running.
- Do you work with new businesses or only established ones?
- Both. New and scaling businesses get software that can grow with them; established businesses get systems that reflect how they already run. The common thread is that off-the-shelf options have not fit.
