The Squad
Between them they've built for universities, startups, and the kind of businesses where the director is also the IT department. Charles spent his school and university years working in the floorsanding industry. In software he has worked across large institutions (RMIT, the University of Melbourne) and early-stage startups, including Chirp, where he built AI-enabled CRM tooling. Full-stack across web, automation, and financial integrations.
Victor is an electrical engineer. His early career was at Umps, where he designed safety-critical hardware for a remote patient monitoring device that shipped to thousands of patients. He co-founded Timberwatch, where he handles PCB design, sensor hardware, and embedded firmware.
